在228升勃艮第橡木桶中陈酿14个月。其中33%为全新法国橡木桶，67%为使用过的法国橡木桶。

品鉴

这款佳酿酒体饱满深邃。质地如白垩般细腻，酒心紧实，释放出新鲜油桃、柑橘、野茴香与橙花的香气。饱满的柑橘精油香贯穿其中，烘托出一副果园的画卷：柠檬皮、青柠屑、杏仁酱、海雾与碎白石的气息层叠涌现。橡木桶赋予酒体丰盈质感，完美融合间增添深邃底蕴。磅礴而不失鲜活能量，余韵中矿物气息绵延不绝，如潮汐往复。

天气条件

丰沛冬雨过后，料峭春寒绵延，致发芽、花期与坐果推迟近月。直至六七月间，凉雾交织仍令坐果不均、产量稍减，成熟度也参差不齐。幸而夏秋两季晴朗温和，给予清凉地块足够暖意。十月降雨频繁，及时的人工干预——选择性疏剪叶幕以增强通风与光照，让葡萄园避免了灰霉病以及其他霉菌病害的发生。

采摘纪事

2023年的采摘期来得略晚，从10月4日持续至10月26日，历时三周。采摘工作始于朝南且海拔较高的山脊地带，随后一周内，我们收获了绝大部分的黑皮诺。十月中旬有几天温度升高，将大部分的霞多丽葡萄推入了理想的采收窗口期。因没有遭遇酷暑天气，葡萄保持了出色的完整性，较长的挂果时间让果实中的酚类物质充分成熟，还保持了相对较低的酒精度。

酿造过程

葡萄整串轻柔压榨，汁液入橡木桶发酵，使用人工优选酵母菌或原生酵母菌。苹果酸乳酸发酵则是在人工优选乳酸菌或原生乳酸菌的协助下完成。陈酿阶段遵循极简干预原则，极少搅桶，一直带酒泥陈酿，直至装瓶。最大程度保留风土本真。
